The SCRIBE

"My very own archive.
How history should be recorded. Not the aimless recording of events that happened centuries ago.But a reference back to the the basic origins of the scribe... To log the events of life off the record. What we as a civilization fail to register. A log of my Adventures ,My travels ,My mercenary work , My very own slice of unrestricted internet...The passport to my mind ....

I ll give you my ear ... Show me how human you can be ...

QUEEN

A Queen

A Queen is proud of herself. She respects herself and others.

She is aware of who she is. She neither seeks definition from

the person she is with, or does she expect them to

read her mind. She is quite capable of

articulating her needs.

A Queen is hopeful. She is strong enough to make all her

dreams come true….. She knows love, therefore she

gives love. She recognizes that her love has

great value and must be reciprocated.

If her love is taken for granted,

it soon disappears.

A Queen has a dash of inspiration, a dabble of endurance.

She knows that she will, at times, have to inspire others

to reach the potential God gave them. A Queen knows

her past, understands her present and

moves toward the future.

A Queen knows the Creative Energy. She knows that with

this the world is her playground, but without she will just

be played. A Queen does not live in fear of the future

because of her past. Instead, she understands that

her life experiences are merely lessons, meant

to bring her closer to self knowledge

and unconditional self love.

Queen,

CAN YOU SEE ME?
Diana-Lourdi (age 18) shows a photograph she took during a UNICEF-organized photography workshop in Espoir, Haiti - a camp for people displaced by the 12 January 2010 earthquake. During the workshop, participants learned camera skills from a local photographer, then photographed people and sites affected by the quake. Diana’s house was damaged during the disaster, but her family was not injured.

I Know That Feel, Bro by Chris Gerringer

Chris Gerringer knows that feel. And it turns out, several different characters from across the geek globe know that feel too, linking them in ways that brings them all closer together. Whether it’s mourning dead parents with Batman and Harry Potter, tight living spaces with Pikachu and Aladdin’s Genie, or the demoted scientific status of the Triceratops and Pluto. I know most (hip) people have probably seen some of these before, but Chris’ series is so endearing and so right fucking on that it deserves one last look. I hope you know that feel too.
